1) What made you come to Schmidt ?
The thing that impressed us the most during our first contact with the people at SALM was the warm atmosphere prevalent throughout the company, where everyone is 100% committed to their job. And then it was the organisation and conscientiousness demonstrated by the company when we started working with Schmidt... there was never any pressure, but plenty of listening, patience and efficiency... and that has been proven over time ! Those are the main reasons why we decided to work with the brand !
2) At what stage of your project are you at today ? Does the present-day situation correspond to what you were looking for ?
Our business has been up and running for three and a half years now. We still have excellent relations with SALM management and we have achieved the goals that we set ourselves. We are firmly in control of our business and we are satisfied with the partner-style relationship we have established with SALM, our main supplier. Schmidt has set up an international marketing team in a move to gain an insight into the specific features of the markets outside France and support customers in the main kitchen markets. The effects can already be felt... that’s Schmidt for you !
